Nation Gardens Return Policy
All
items purchased from Green Nation Gardens is subject to a 30 Day Refund
Policy. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase. Green Nation Gardens will refund 100% of the purchase price
minus sales tax and/or shipping charges. All merchandise must be in
it's original condition and packaging along with a copy of the receipt
or invoice.
All return inquiries must first be submitted to sales@greennationgardens.com or call customer service at (866) 496-2540.
Please be sure to have the following information available: Your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
Please note the following:
- Green Nation Gardens does not access any restocking or return fees.
- All return shipping charges are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
- All returns must be within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Please call before returning merchandise as many of our products must be returned to different locations.
- Green Nation Gardens will pay for Return Shipping if Damaged Merchandise is reported within 3 business days after delivery.
