All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Return Policy
All items purchased from Green Nation Gardens is subject to a 30 Day Refund Policy. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Green Nation Gardens will refund 100% of the purchase price minus sales tax and/or shipping charges. All merchandise must be in it's original condition and packaging along with a copy of the receipt or invoice.
All return inquiries must first be submitted to sales@greennationgardens.com or call customer service at (866) 496-2540.
Please be sure to have the following information available: Your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
Please note the following:
- Green Nation Gardens does not access any restocking or return fees.
- All return shipping charges are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
- All returns must be within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Please call before returning merchandise as many of our products must be returned to different locations.
- Green Nation Gardens will pay for Return Shipping if Damaged Merchandise is reported within 3 business days after delivery.
Shipping Policy
We
ship with Fedex and United States Parcel Service (USPS). Some
orders are shipped from other locations, and in some cases your
order may arrive by different carriers chosen by our suppliers, such as FOB, FedEx, or UPS. Your order may also arrive in multiple shipments.
When
confirming your order by e-mail we will make every effort to provide
information about your delivery such as carrier, estimated arrival date
and tracking code.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out
within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather
conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order
out as soon as possible.
It is the policy of
Green Nation Gardens to confirm all "Ship To" addresses prior to
shipping. If the "Ship To" address cannot be confirmed, we will contact
the sender, aprise them of the situation and ask that any necessary
corrections be made. If the purchaser feels that the address in
question is correct, then Green Nation Gardens will ship upon their
approval.
Green Nation Gardens
will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges accrued
due to returned orders by the addressee, or being shipped to the wrong
address unless it is expressly the fault of Green Nation Gardens. The
sender will have the right to cancel the order if they do not want to
resend the order. Purchase price will be returned to sender minus all
original shipping charges.
Free Shipping
We
pride ourselves on providing some of
the best prices available. Whenever we get additional savings from our
suppliers or manufacturers we will pass that savings along to our
valued customers in the form of FREE SHIPPING of certain products! The free shipping
savings is automatically deducted at checkout
*Free shipping applies only to the 48 US Contiguous States.
2 Day and Next Day Shipments
At this time we do not provide express shipping of any kind.

At this time Green Nation Gardens does not provide shipping to Alaska Hawaii, APO/FPO, and US Territories.
International Shipments
At this time we do not provide International shipping of any kind.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Green Nation Gardens product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Green Nation Gardens reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Green Nation Gardens reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Green Nation Gardens shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Green Nation Gardens without notice at any time, for any reason.
